Return your order with the return form filled out and put the prepaid label (included in your parcel) on your package. 

*IMPORTANT: Please note that free return labels are with Canada Post so due to the strike and delays, we suggest to go in stores to process a return quickly or you can return with your own carrier at the following address:

Unfortunetaly, Canada Post strike is out of our control and we cannot take the free delivery (no minimum required) + free return on us during the lock out. It was really important for us to continue to offer free shipping on all orders, so we ship with other carriers still for free during the lock out but Canada Post is still the carrier we use for returns only. Hope you will appreciate to still have free shipping during the lock out as it costs us much more to deliver your package.

*US : Prepaid label is not included in your package. We recommand to use USPS to return your package to avoid custom fees. If you use another carrier, custom fees will be deducted to your refund/exchange amount.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

  • For the holiday season, from November 15th to December 24th, exchanges or refunds are possible up to January 15th. For purchases carried out at another moment, the delay is 14 days. It is possible to exchange only once during the 14 days period. Thus, if an order contains more than one item to be returned, they must all be returned in the same shipment..
  • Items must be unworn and with tags attached in their original packaging (watches must have the protective plastic film on the glass). All products will be inspected before any exchange or refund.
  • FINAL SALE: gifts with purchase, charity products, earring backings, clearances, cleaning products, gift boxes and gift cards. These products cannot be returned.
  • MIA stores accept exchanges or refunds for orders paid with VISA, MasterCard and Amex only.
  • MIA stores do not accept returns :
    • For orders paid with Paypal, Sezzle or MIA e-gift card.
    • On Black Friday and Boxing Day.
    • For Amazon orders (you must process your return through Amazon).  

EXCHANGES

  • STEPS:
    1. Fill out the return form included in your order. Make sure to write the style number of the products you wish to get in exchange.
    2. Use the free return label inside your package to send the order back to us for an exchange (if your order is elligible to get one).
    3. A new invoice will be sent to you by email to confirm the new jewelry and to pay the balance if applicable.
    • The discount applied to the original order can only be used once. It cannot be reused for an exchange.
    • We cover the return shipping costs for all exchanges (only one free return label per customer).
    REFUNDS
    • STEPS:
      1. Fill out the return form included in your order. 
      2. Use the free return label inside your package to send the order back to us for a refund (if your order is elligible to get one). To receive a full refund, all items from the same order must be returned. If you  keep the free item, your refund will be reduced by the value of the free item kept.
    • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
    • A return fee of $7 + taxes will be deducted from the refund amount to cover part of the costs incurred for delivery and return of this package.

    Exchanges will be processed and refunds credited within 3 business days after the receipt of your items at our headquarters.

    Mia reserves the right to refuse any exchange or refund that does not meet the conditions mentioned above.

    IMPORTANT: Delivery delays are expected. We kindly ask for your patience. All carriers across the country are experiencing delays due to the Canada Post strike. We deliver with Nationex, Purolator, Intelcom, UPS and Fedex to make the delivery as quick as possible. 

    If you need your jewelry before December 14th: 

    1. Visit one of our 14 MIA stores to purchase them, then return your online order to us once it arrives (after the strike ends as the return label inside is with Canada Post)

    2. Print the jewelry pictures from our website and place them in a beautiful card with the tracking number to have something to give/wrap.

    For others, you can still place orders until December 13th to ensure delivery before December 24th.

    We consider express orders as priority orders who need to be fulfilled BEFORE regular shipping orders.

    You may expect your parcel to arrive within 2 to 10 business days.*
    All orders are shipped through Canada Post with the Expedited Parcel service
    Canada Post Strike : We ship with Nationex, Intelcom and other carriers to make sure you get your package in a short delay. 
    The choice of the carrier depends of your shipping area.
    You may track your order by using the reference number / link sent to you by mail once your order is ready to be shipped.
     
    ECO RESPONSIBLE DELIVERY
    All our online orders deliveries are now carbon neutral when they are shipped with Canada Post and almost all our deliveries done with Nationex are now done with electric trucks.
