How do I create an account?
Once in the Mia website, go to http://miabijoux.myshopify.com/account/login and sign up as a new customer. This will allow you to look up your orders, create wishlists and also save your delivery address. 

 

How do I connect to my account?
If you already have an account, go to http://miabijoux.myshopify.com/account/login, enter your e-mail address and password to log in to your account and then you can enter promotional codes as an Mia "First Class" member.

 

I have forgotten my password
If you have forgotten your password, click on the my account tab, and then click on Forget your password ?. Enter your e-mail address and we will e-mail you a new password.

 

How do I track my order?
Once your order has been made, you will receive a confirmation e-mail giving you the order number. A second e-mail will be sent to you by Canada Post indicating your tracking number. Visit http://www.canadapost.ca to track your parcel.


Can I modify or cancel my order?
Once your order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be modified or cancelled. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it by mail. Click here to know more about our exchange and refund options.


When can I expect to receive my order?
All orders are shipped from our distribution center within 2 to 3 work days to most major Quebec province. For more details, consult the shipping section of our website.


How do I return my online order?
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it by mail within 14 days following receipt of your purchase. Simply put the items, unworn and unused in their original packaging with their original labels; place them in the Mia box that was sent to you and put the prepaid label on the same Mia box.  Drop off your parcel at the nearest Canada Post office. 
For orders outside of Canada, please note that there is no return label.

Which payment methods do you accept?
We offer the following payment methods:

We do not accept credit cards with a PIN number (personal identification number)

Can I pay with a MIA gift card bought in store?
You may purchase a MIA gift card on our website or at one of our boutiques. However, gifts cards bought on our website are only available for online purchase and are not yet accepted in storeGifts cards bought in store are not accepted for purchase online, you must go to a Mia boutique to use this form of payment.

Are transactions safe on the MIA website?
MIA is proud to offer you a completely secure shopping experience. Our site is authenticated by VeriSign, which means that all confidential or other information related to your credit card is encrypted and coded by the SSL protocol. We do not store any confidential information on our server. 

 

Are taxes applied to orders?
Mia products sold on mia-bijoux.ca are subject to taxes just like in our boutiques. Sales taxes are calculated according to the provincial and federal laws in effect, as well as the rates applicable to your order minus $7 flat flee. In the case of a refund, we will reimburse the taxes that were charged. Shipping fees are not refundable.


During payment, the system does not recognize my personal information?
Your billing address (name, address and postal code) must be identical to the information on your credit card statement. We use this information to validate the authenticity of the transaction and payment.
The shipping and billing addresses must be valid and located in Canada or in the United States. You must also provide your phone number and e-mail address in order for our Customer Service Centre to be able to reach you for any required information related to your order. As an added security measure, Mia reserves the right to not ship a parcel when erroneous or suspicious information is provided.


Can I use Mia "First Class" promotion in store?
Mia "First Class" promotion codes are only valid online at mia-bijoux.ca, unless otherwise specified. They are not cumulative, nor convertible into cash.

 

My promotional code does not work?
Enter the promotional code into your shopping cart. Click here to see where exactly enter your promotional code. You can not pair two promotional codes together, you have to choose the most advantageous of the two. Only the third free products can be combined with your promotional code. 


I did not receive my birthday discount
You must subscribe to the Mia newsletter before the day of your birthday and on the morning of your birthday you will receive your discount. You have 7 days to use your discount and it is valid only once.

The best way for you to get in touch with the appropriate person or team is to call the head office directly. 
Our toll-free number is 1 855-642-1642. Our business hours are from 8 am to 4 pm, (EST), from Monday to Friday.


How can I apply for a job?
For a job in one of our boutiques, visit the desired Mia boutique and ask to speak to the manager. You will find the complete list of Mia locations by clicking here.

You may also send your résumé to info@mia-bijoux.ca and mention which boutique you would like to work at and for which position.
