Once in the Mia website, go to the login page and sign up as a new customer. This will allow you to look up your orders, create wishlists and also save your delivery address. 

If you already have an account, go to the login page, enter your e-mail address and password to log in to your account and then you can enter promotional codes as a Mia "First Class" member.

If you have forgotten your password, click on My account tab, and then click on "Forget your password?". Enter your e-mail address and we will e-mail you a new password.

Once your order has been made, you will receive a confirmation e-mail giving you the order number. A second e-mail will be sent to you by Canada Post indicating your tracking number. Visit Canada Post to track your parcel.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be modified or cancelled. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it by mail. Click here to know more about our exchange and refund options.

All orders are shipped from our distribution center within 2 to 3 work days to most major Quebec province. For more details, consult the shipping section of our website.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it by mail within 14 days following receipt of your purchase. Simply put the items, unworn and unused in their original packaging with their original labels; place them in the Mia box that was sent to you and put the prepaid label on the same Mia box. Drop off your parcel at the nearest Canada Post office.

You can not go to a Mia store to return or exchange your online order.

Mia products sold on mia-bijoux.ca are subject to taxes just like in our boutiques. Sales taxes are calculated according to the provincial and federal laws in effect, as well as the rates applicable to your order minus $7 flat flee. In the case of a refund, we will reimburse the taxes that were charged. Shipping fees are not refundable.

Your billing address (name, address and postal code) must be identical to the information on your credit card statement. We use this information to validate the authenticity of the transaction and payment.

The shipping and billing addresses must be valid and located in Canada or in the United States. You must also provide your phone number and e-mail address in order for our Customer Service Centre to be able to reach you for any required information related to your order. As an added security measure, Mia reserves the right to not ship a parcel when erroneous or suspicious information is provided.

Mia First Class promotion codes are only valid online at mia-bijoux.ca, unless otherwise specified. They are not cumulative, nor convertible into cash.

The anniversary discount is valid only once, it can not be reapplied on a new product.

You must subscribe to the Mia newsletter before the day of your birthday and on the morning of your birthday you will receive your discount. You have 7 days to use your discount and it is valid only once.
