Whatever the reason, you can get an exchange or a refund.
Return your order with the return form filled out and put the prepaid label on your package. If you didn't receive a prepaid return label and you are in Canada, you can request one* to our customer service.
*IMPORTANT: Please note that free return labels are with Canada Post so due to lock out and delays, we suggest to go in stores to process a return quickly or you can return with your own carrier at the following address:

*US : Prepaid label is not included in your package. We recommand to use USPS to return your package to avoid custom fees. If you use another carrier, custom fees will be deducted to your refund/exchange amount.
GENERAL CONDITIONS
- For the holiday season, from November 15th to December 24th, exchanges or refunds are possible up to January 15th. For purchases carried out at another moment, the delay is 14 days. It is possible to exchange only once during the 14 days period. Thus, if an order contains more than one item to be returned, they must all be returned in the same shipment..
- Items must be unworn and with tags attached in their original packaging (watches must have the protective plastic film on the glass). All products will be inspected before any exchange or refund.
- FINAL SALE: gifts with purchase, charity products, earring backings, clearances, cleaning products, gift boxes and gift cards. These products cannot be returned.
- MIA stores accept exchanges or refunds for orders paid with VISA, MasterCard and Amex only.
- MIA stores do not accept returns :
- For orders paid with Paypal, Sezzle or MIA e-gift card.
- On Black Friday and Boxing Day.
- For Amazon orders (you must process your return through Amazon).
EXCHANGES
- Fill out the return form included in your order. Make sure to write the style number of the products you wish to get in exchange.
- Use the free return label inside your package to send the order back to us for an exchange (if your order is elligible to get one).
- A new invoice will be sent to you by email to confirm the new jewelry and to pay the balance if applicable.
- The discount applied to the original order can only be used once. It cannot be reused for an exchange.
- We cover the return shipping costs for all exchanges (only one free return label per customer).
- STEPS:
- Fill out the return form included in your order.
- Use the free return label inside your package to send the order back to us for a refund (if your order is elligible to get one). To receive a full refund, all items from the same order must be returned. If you keep the free item, your refund will be reduced by the value of the free item kept.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- A return fee of $7 + taxes will be deducted from the refund amount to cover part of the costs incurred for delivery and return of this package.
Exchanges will be processed and refunds credited within 3 business days after the receipt of your items at our headquarters.
Mia reserves the right to refuse any exchange or refund that does not meet the conditions mentioned above.
