How do I track my order?
Once your order has been made, you will receive a confirmation e-mail giving you the order number. A second e-mail will be sent to you by Canada Post indicating your tracking number. Visit http://www.canadapost.ca to track your parcel. 
Can I modify or cancel my order?
Once your order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be modified or cancelled. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it by mail. Click here to know more about our exchange and refund options.
When can I expect to receive my order?
All orders are shipped from our distribution center within 2 to 3 work days to most major Quebec province. 5 to 10 days for the rest of the Canada For more details, consult the shipping section of our website.
